Kristin began doing bodywork in 2007 after graduating from  Rising Spirit Institute of Natural Health in Atlanta, Georgia. Her targeted therapeutic style combines Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), and Myofascial Cupping.  The integration of silicone cups allows her to release myofascial (connective tissue) restrictions and promote circulation. This technique is great for treating IT band issues, plantar fasciitis, carpel tunnel and can increase flexibility and range of motion. Through the utilization of NMT techniques she is able to release trigger points and remove problematic muscle tension. Common issues that can be resolved using this technique include migraines, lower back pain, sciatica and various shoulder issues. Each client receives treatments tailored to address their specific needs including pain relief, relaxation, and restoring balance to the body.

Kristin’s dedicated interest and enthusiasm for the natural healing arts led her to the Bay Area to study Western Herbal Medicine at the  Ohlone Herbal Center in Berkeley, California. As a California transplant by way of Louisiana, Kristin enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking, camping and herb foraging.
