Which Session Should I Book?
To make booking easy, all sessions fall into two appointment types:
1. Therapeutic Bodywork
chronic pain
injury recovery
general maintenance
Postnatal support (weeks, months, or years postpartum)
desk-work related tension
active lifestyle patterns
If you are NOT pregnant, this is your session — including Postnatal clients.
2. Prenatal Massage
anyone currently pregnant
at any stage of pregnancy
tailored side-lying setup for comfort and safety
If you are pregnant, please book Prenatal Massage.
Why isn’t “Postnatal” its own booking option?
There’s no universal timeline for postpartum recovery. Pregnancy can create lasting shifts in the body, and healing looks different for everyone as they find their new baseline. Your body has an extraordinary ability to adapt, strengthen, and recalibrate — my role is to support that process. Instead of ‘moving on’ from postnatal work, we simply shift the focus as you heal, stabilize, and build resilience over time.
To keep things clear and streamlined, all postnatal clients book under Therapeutic Bodywork.
C-section or breast feeding? Don’t worry, I’ve got you! I have all the pillows, props and supports to make you comfortable on the table. If you are uncomfortable lying face down on your belly for any reason, we can easily transition to side-lying position. If you are nursing, props can be positioned to reduce pressure on your breasts. The perfect combination for YOU may change from session to session - so, book your preferred Therapeutic Bodywork Session and we can determine the most comfortable position and props, together.
